These Excite Plinking pellets, with their 5.5mm caliber and 12.8 grains weight, are perfect for recreational shooting and plinking. With the Flat Nose (FN) pellet shape, they are especially suitable for target shooting and paper targets, where the flat tip leaves neat round holes. The weight of 12.8 grains makes them suitable for both break barrel air rifles, PCP air rifles, and CO₂ systems up to approximately 50 meters distance at a power level around 25-30 Joules.

The ribbed diabolo shape ensures stable flight characteristics, especially at distances up to 50 metres. The projectile maintains its trajectory well and delivers consistent groupings, which is important for recreational shooting when you want to improve your skills.
Technical properties in practice
With a calibre of 5.5mm and a weight of 12.8 grains, these projectiles are in the mid-weight category. The Flat Nose shape provides excellent energy transfer on impact, ideal for target shooting where you want to punch through cards or spin targets. The lead material is soft enough not to damage the barrel, but hard enough for good performance. Each pack contains 250 pieces, enough for many shooting sessions.
