Refund Policy

7-Day Return Policy:
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you’ve got 7 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item needs to be in the same condition as when you got it—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Starting a Return:
To kick off a return, just reach out to us at sales@pelletgunsonline.co.za. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without a prior return request won’t be accepted.

Refunds:
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if your refund was approved. If it is, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method. Just keep in mind that it might take a little while for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages & Issues:
Be sure to check your order as soon as it arrives. If you find that an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can assess the situation and sort it out.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items:

No Returns: We can’t accept returns on correctly supplied pellets/slugs and sound modifiers/silencers.
No Returns/Refunds/Exchanges: Items that have been opened, modified, or tampered with aren’t eligible for return.
O-Rings: These are normal wear and tear/maintenance parts, and won’t be considered a factory fault or covered under warranty, regardless of the product sold.
