Shipping Policy

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of verified payment and are shipped via The Courier Guy, or Postnet (Counter2Counter only) with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery using our Courier with insurance, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method.

PLEASE NOTE: Postnet to Postnet only accommodates for small orders. Larger orders will be sent via The Courier Guy at the listed shipping rate.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order, if you require two distinct orders to be sent together, please contact and advise our sales department at sales@pelletgunsonline.co.za, after which you will receive instructions to follow. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. Please note all selected Couriers are independent companies and we cannot be held liable for their delivery service.

We do not offer refunds on deliveries, if you purchase or return an item the delivery fee is at your expense.
