Shipping Policy

Shipping Process:
We usually ship out packages within 2 days once we’ve received and verified your payment. We use The Courier Guy or Postnet (Counter2Counter only) for shipping, and all shipments come with tracking. They’ll be dropped off without a signature. If you’d like your delivery insured through our courier, let us know beforehand, and we’ll inform you of any additional costs.

Important Note:
Postnet shipments are only for smaller orders. If you have a larger order, we’ll send it through The Courier Guy at the listed shipping rate.

Shipping Fees:
Shipping costs cover handling, packing, and postage. Handling fees are fixed, but transport fees will vary based on the total weight of your shipment. It’s best to group your items into one order. If you need to send two separate orders together, just drop a message to our sales team at sales@pelletgunsonline.co.za, and we’ll guide you through the process.

While we take great care to package fragile items properly, your package is shipped at your own risk.

Packaging:
We ensure that boxes are spacious and your items are well-protected. Keep in mind that the couriers we use are independent companies, and we can’t be held responsible for their delivery service.

Refunds:
We don’t offer refunds on shipping. If you purchase or return an item, keep in mind that the delivery fee will be your responsibility.
